Don't complain others didn't help you.
You don't need to make people change to make yourself change.

美國知名心理醫師克利絲汀(Kenneth W. Christian)稱之為「低成就趨勢」(Underachievement)
幾個特徵:容易放棄、猶豫不決 You need a person who always tell you don't give it up and try it!
、缺乏計畫和執行力、做事拖拉、One Plan. One Action.
凡事力求簡化、害怕失敗 I totally know it! Sometimes I will encourage myself to do that
Fortunately, I have friends to give me motivation to try.

根據心理學家研究,人類的改變過程包含五個階段:思考前期、思考期、準備期、行動期和維持期。

To know what you need to change. To figure out how much effort you will make for this change?
To have a perfact plan. To have an action. Most importantly, you have to keep this all going on.
Due to it people usually would stop under a huge of pressure.
遵循六心法,啟動改變連鎖反應
一、不要等時機。 Don't wait for the right time in you mind.
二、行動不貪多。 Action never be too much.
三、不怕失敗。 Don't be afraid of fault.
四、要有耐心。 Be patience.
五、要懂求助。 Know the right time to ask someone for helping.
六、要有計畫。 Have a plan.

這些許下新年計畫的人中,研究員把他們分為兩類:一類是把新年的計畫寫下來,另一類人只是想一想,並沒有寫下新年計畫。一年後,那些沒有把目標寫下來的人,只有四%的人有了一些改變,相對的,把新年目標寫下來的人,有四六%改變了,成功的機率足足差了十倍。
